The restaurant here was nice with delicious food, we both ordered very pleasant dishes. The room was well-appointed and brand-new, the location was absolutely perfect central. The personnel was exceptionally helpful and very amiable.

Loved the price of our double room and its essentials. It was in a very central setting near the Train station So handy for parking outside the door.

Marvellous very central location, close to the main restaurant in quality, the main square for pubs and restauran and the many historic sights in the town. Good sized and extremely pleasant room with view of the riverside from the window. Public parking close to the hotel provided.

Truly exceptional hotel in a central location close to major attractions. Also - just off shops bars and restaurants, Waterford, the oldest City in Ireland and the Waterford Crystal Factory.

Had beautifully maintained and airy room for an absolutely amazing stay for one night. Incredible and amazing location, to the City council.

The venue is luxurious, with fabulous food and stunning location near Waterford tourist sights. Location near the square, the centre of the centre so close to all amenities, and the theatre royal which is narby.

Would recomand it as we enjoyed this hotel. Make sure to get king room with comfortable beds and a wonderful view plus comfort during hot weather. The staff is friendly efficient, that's an advantage, The breakfast is absolutely superb and outstanding and very good value for money.

Fairly clean and luxurious property with great continental breakfasts and amazing friendly staff. Marvellous location in downtown area, very close to many local boutiques, shopping/restaurants and the enormous buses parked out front all afternoon. Besides, easy access to Thomas Francis Meagher statue. Downstairs bar in the hotel.

It was a lovely historic and pretty standard hotel in a central area, next to the restaurant and bar, and shops, bars and places. We had a double room and it was beautifully maintained and top-notch. The bed was comfy, and the staff were highly efficient and best. The location was good for walking around House of Waterford Crystal.

The staff was absolutely excellent, the breakfast was superb, everything was modern. I enjoyed the stay, very good value for money. Its location was good, right in the centre of town. I had lunch in Mcdonalds, located nearby. The downstairs bar was available on the premises.

Friendly efficient and exceptionally helpful staff with impeccable service and the facilities provided were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was magnificent - a 10-15 minute walk from a historic tower.

Outstanding continental breakfast with a good food variety.

The breakfast with marmalade and American pancakes, as for instance was incredible, you’ll find what you need. The room was well-appointed and top-notch with a good bathroom included.

That lobby was missing.

It was in a marvellous location not very far from Thomas Francis Meagher statue. All the staff we met were very courteous.

We recommend this hotel, very good value for money. The property is perfect, it has consistently courteous staff with impeccable service. The food is outstanding, enjoyed continental breakfast.
